Kind of Business: Preventive maintenance of computers in places of Guanacaste

Actually the majority of people use computers, in Guanacaste isn´t the exception. The hotels use those equipments for different tasks like reservations, control of guests or administrative labors. 

In Guanacaste exist less places where fix computers or provide preventive maintenance, for this and others reasons I think that this business is very profitable. Other important reason is the price because actually who do those labors gain a lot of money.  

I think that I can talk with administrative people of hotels for to hire works of preventive maintenance or cleaning of computers with better prices that the competition.  

The best places where I can to open this business are beach´s hotels in the zone of Liberia or around of Guanacaste.

How and What I eat

In Costa Rica the families normally eat all together, in my case is similar, my mother, father, brother and me eat all together in the table in my house.

In breakfast we drink coffee or orange juice, we eat gallo pinto with sour cream or scrambles eggs or sometimes we eat bread with butter. In the case of the lunch, we drink fruits juice or soda and we eat the famous dish “casado”. The “casado” is compost with rice, beans, salad, pig meat, beef meat or chicken.  Finally in the dinner we drink fruits juice, water or soda and we eat rice and beans with pig meat, beef meat or chicken or sometimes we eat hamburgers, hot dogs or fried potatoes.

What sorts of advances will be made in medicine and healthcare in the future?

Actually the medicine is advancing very fast, now exist a lot of cures for diseases that above don’t had cure. The technology is an important aspect that helps for that the medicine will have big advances now and in the future, and contribute in the health of people.

The technology provides different tools that help in the healthcare of people like medical equipments of high complexity that help in actions like operations, transplants and other medical activities, other tool are new medical process for  discover medicines or cures for  diseases like cancer or the AIDS for increment the life expectancy in the world population.

I think that in the future the medicine will change a lot because will exist secure and easier forms of attack the medical problems in the hospitals or clinics where exist sick people..

Differences between American and British English

One difference between American and British English is spelling of some words, for example:

·         Words ending in -or (American) -our (British) color, colour, humor, humour, flavor, flavour etc.

·         Words ending in -ize (American) -ise (British) recognize, recognise, patronize, patronise etc.

Also there are also a few differences in the use of prepositions for example:

·         American English:  on the weekend           British English: at the weekend

·         American English : on a team                       British English:  in a team

·         American English:  please write me soon   British English - please write to me soon

Kick Off and Words at Work

For me the most correct point is the first, because I think that globalization is a tool very important for people in the world. It has brought immense benefits that help to do different works easily and quickly

The comment “How noble is global?” explains that the globalization has incremented the development in many Asian and Latin countries. Costa Rica is example of  this topic, in Costa Rica the communication between people using technology tools like Internet  for example , is fast and secure and it help to companies to provide better customer services and lower production costs.

But also the globalization has bad aspects for example the environmental pollution, the devices  that help to people in the daily tasks like computers or printers produce a lot of pollution because when it are discarded the parts of these devices last a long time to disintegrate. Other example of the pollution is in the comment of the book; this example indicates that one passenger journey produces as much pollution as a family car in one year.

The globalization is a good tool that helps a lot of but the people should learn to use it for obtain better benefits and not destroy the planet.
